What questions should I ask when doing a video testimonial?
We want to focus on 4 primary categories. 1. What fears did they have about buying or selling a home? You want your client to talk about their pain points that may resonate with future clients and how you solved their problem. 2. What procss did they use to select you? 3. What did you do differently than other agents they have worked with or interviewed? 4. How did you handle the process and what would they say if reccomending you to a fried.
