Setting up a Facebook Ad Account

To set up an ad account on Facebook:

  1. You must either create or have an existing Facebook page that you would like to use to serve ads.

  2. This page needs to be connected to a valid ads account with a credit card on file inside your Ads Manager, so that ads can be published through AdBoost. *Your ad spend will be paid for through the payment integration inside Facebook. It will not be charged through REN360 directly.

  3. You will need to either create a new Facebook Business or add an existing ad account to your existing Business Manager inside Facebook

    1. In order to add the ad account, you must be granted “Full Administrator” permissions to the relevant Facebook Pages, Ads Account, and Business Manager

  4. Once your Ads Account belongs to your Business Manager, you can now connect your Facebook account to SocialSphere inside REN360.

  5. When you are connecting your Facebook account to SocialSphere, make sure that you allow REN360 to access any pages that you want to post ads from and make sure to leave the permission for “Manage Ads” toggled on, so REN360 will be allowed to post ads for you

  6. After you have completed the connection through SocialSphere, you can navigate to the AdBoost module. When you are on the AdBoost module page, you should now be able to see all of the Facebook pages that you connected through SocialSphere and all of the ad account ID’s that you are able to post ads from.
