How should you use Stages to stay up to date on your leads

Utilizing Stages allows you to visualize where your leads are at within your sales funnel. All Leads start off as NEW meaning we have not contacted or communicated with the lead. From there they move into Prospecting once we initiate communication but have not had a conversation with our leads. Once we are in contact with our leads they are either A. Actively working with us to buy or sell a home, B. Future Opportunities or C. Not Interested at this time.
