Conversion IQ GEO Feature Overview



Welcome to the Conversion IQ GEO Feature module! Here you can geographically farm specific cities, zip codes or addresses for contact lists!


Important Note: Geographically farmed data SHOULD NOT be uploaded into your contacts module. Due to the data not opting into communications we are unable to support mass marketing activities to these contacts. For best practices on working Geographically farmed data please reference the Social Media Retargeting Document.


To start let’s navigate to the find leads button on the left hand sidebar.

Then select the find new leads option:


Here we can search for a property address or specific area:


This will pull up a satellite map view of the area:


Now we can use the prospecting tool to create a circular radius, square radius or custom polygon radius:


Using the prospecting tool we can now select our geo farm area:


Once the data has been found choose the next option which will prompt you with 3 actions. (Send a message, add to campaign, create a list). Following our best practices for working GEO Farmed data please select the create a list option.




Once we hit next we can now name our list:


Now we can view our list by using the my lists feature:


When our list is finished processing you will see a status of completed:


Select the view button to see a detailed list of contacts you were able to farm:


Lastly we can select all of the data and export it as a CSV from the select an action drop down:




















The CSV File will include the following information if applicable:

  2. Last Name
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email
  5. House Number
  6. Street Address
  7. Country
  8. State
  9. Zip
  1. Latitude
  2. Longitude
  3. Length of Residence
  4. Income
  5. Gender
  6. Date of Birth
  7. SQFT
  8. Credit Check
  9. Marital Status


With this CSV file we can now follow the Social Media Retargeting Document to turn our GEO farmed data into home evaluation internet leads!
